COVID-19 Information

As live performances return, your safety is our priority.

Freedom Hall is thrilled to be back and present LIVE music in our Nathan Manilow theatre! For the safety of our patrons, performers, and staff, we ask that you follow the below COVID-19 Safety Guidelines.

Face masks are required, even if you are vaccinated. Masks will not be supplied by Freedom Hall. When attending a performance, all patrons must provide either a COVID-19 vaccination card or a negative PCR COVID-19 test result within 72 hours of the performance. No home test results will be accepted. Ticket holders agree to comply with these COVID-19 safety procedures and guidelines. Patrons who do not abide by stated procedures and guidelines may be asked to leave the premises. Hand sanitizer is available throughout the venue.

If you are experiencing any of these symptoms of COVID-19, stay home and do not attend an event:

  • Fever or chills
  • Cough
  • Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing
  • Fatigue
  • Muscle or body aches
  • Headache
  • New loss of taste or smell
  • Sore throat
  • Congestion or runny nose
  • Nausea or vomiting
  • Diarrhea

 

Face Masks are Required

  • Face masks are required while visiting Freedom Hall, including the lobby, restrooms, and theatre during the entire performance.
  • Masks must cover the mouth and nose at all times.
  • Scarves, bandanas, and gaiters are not an acceptable substitute for a face mask.
  • Children under the age of 2 are not required to wear a mask.
  • Face masks are required even if you are vaccinated against COVID-19.

 

Proof of Vaccination

All patrons must show proof of vaccination. This can include either an electronic copy, photocopy, or photo of an official CDC vaccination card along with a photo ID at the time of entry into Freedom Hall.

Fully vaccinated is:

  • At least 14 days after a Pfizer-BioNTech, Moderna, or Johnson & Johnson vaccine.
    Children under the age of eligibility for vaccination under FDA and CDC guidelines may attend performances without showing proof of negative COVID-19 test but must be fully masked at all times if age 2 or older.
  • Patrons who have lost their vaccination card should contact their point of immunization.
  • A staff member from Freedom Hall will be at the entrance of the lobby to check vaccination cards and proof of negative test.

 

Proof of Negative COVID-19 Test 

Those who are not fully vaccinated on the performance date may provide proof of a negative COVID-19 test. The negative result of a PCR COVID-19 test is acceptable only if the test was taken within 72 hours of the performance start time. Results from a home test are not accepted.

 

Patrons with COVID-19 Symptoms

Patrons are encouraged to call the box office if they are displaying COVID-19 symptoms in advance of the performance date to exchange tickets or request a refund.

 

Additional health and safety measures for audiences include:

  • Ventilation systems have been thoroughly cleaned, including fogging of hard-to-reach surfaces.
  • We upgraded air filters and airflow which has been shifted to decrease recycled air and increase fresh air exchange.
  • Enhanced cleaning practices throughout Freedom Hall.
  • Hand-sanitizing stations throughout the facility.
  • Digital tickets option to reduce touch-points.
